Andrea Philipp (ur. 29 lipca 1971 w Bützow) – niemiecka lekkoatletka specjalizująca się w krótkich biegach sprinterskich, trzykrotna uczestniczka letnich igrzysk olimpijskich (Barcelona 1992, Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000). W czasie swojej kariery reprezentowała również Niemiecką Republikę Demokratyczną.
Sukcesy sportowe
- ośmiokrotna medalistka mistrzostw Niemiec w biegu na 100 metrów – trzykrotnie złota (1997, 1998, 1999), trzykrotnie srebrna (1993, 1996, 2000) oraz dwukrotnie brązowa (1994, 1995)[1]
- czterokrotna medalistka mistrzostw Niemiec w biegu na 200 metrów – dwukrotnie złota (1999, 2000) oraz dwukrotnie srebrna (1997, 1998)[2]
