Anna Walczak (ur. 1971, zm. 14 października 2025[2]) – polska siatkarka.
Grała w AZS-ie AWF Poznań. Reprezentowała barwy narodowe w rozgrywkach młodzieżowych [3].
Jej syn Krystian, również jest siatkarzem[4]. Od 2017 roku zmagała się z chorobą nowotworową. Została poddana operacji, przeszła chemioterapię i radioterapię. Wtedy wydawało się, że wyzdrowiała, ale w 2021 roku nowotwór zaatakował ponownie. Tym razem kręgosłup. Wtedy w leczenie i pomoc koleżance z boiska zaangażowało się kaliskie środowisko sportowe oraz Fundacja „Polska Siatkówka”[5].
