Aztec Camera – szkocki zespół wykonujący muzykę new wave założony w 1980 w Glasgow przez Roddy'ego Frame[1][2].
W pierwszym składzie zespołu występowali z nim basista Alan Welsh i perkusista David Mulholland, a po ich odejściu w latach 80. do zespołu dołączyli: basista Campbrll Owens, perkusista David Ruffy i gitarzysta Craig Gannon, którego miejsce w 1984 zajął Malcolm Ross[1].
Zespół początkowo nagrywał dla niezależnych wytwórni Postcard, Rough Trade i Big Beat[1]. W 1983 muzycy wydali debiutancki album pt. High Land, Hard Rain oraz podpisali kontrakt z firmą WEA, po czym rozpoczęli współpracę z producentem, Markiem Knopflerem, z którym wydali album pt. Knife (1984)[1]. W 1987 wydali trzeci album, Love, a w 1990 – płytę pt. Stray[1].
