Rodzaj Basidioradulum utworzył Mildred K. Nobles w 1967 r. Gatunkiem typowym jest Basidioradulum radula (Fr.) Nobles 1967[1]. Polską nazwę rodzaju podał Władysław Wojewoda w 2003. Synonim polski: strzępkoskórka[2].
