Believe Munongo jest reprezentantem Francji w kategorii U-17 od stycznia 2025 roku[6].

Został powołany do reprezentacji Francji do lat 17 na Mistrzostwa Europy U-17, które odbyły się w maju i czerwcu 2025 roku[7][8], będąc w wieku zaledwie 15 lat najmłodszym zawodnikiem w składzie[9]. Francja dotarła do finału tych rozgrywek[10] po zwycięstwie nad Belgią (3:2)[11][12].
