Cadence Design Systems, Inc. – amerykańskie przedsiębiorstwo z siedzibą w San Jose w Kalifornii[1][2]. Zostało założone w 1983 roku jako Solomon Design Automation (SDA). Po fuzji z ECAD w 1988 zaczęło funkcjonować pod nazwą Cadence Design Systems[3].
Wyspecjalizowało się w tworzeniu oprogramowania i sprzętu do automatyzacji projektowania elektroniki. Produkty Cadence Design znalazły zastosowanie przy projektowaniu układów scalonych, płytek drukowanych oraz układów SoC[4].
W 2019 roku przedsiębiorstwo osiągnęło sprzedaż na poziomie 2,3 mld USD[4].
