Kapys Sylwiusz (łac. Capys Silvius) – siódmy legendarny król starożytnego miasta Alba Longa na Półwyspie Apenińskim, syn Atysa Sylwiusza, ojciec Kapeta Sylwiusza, potomek Eneasza[1]. Jego przydomek pochodzi od imienia Sylwiusza[2]. Podobno rządził 28 lat[3].
