Carl H. June (ur. 1953) – amerykański immunolog i onkolog. Profesor na Uniwersytecie Pensylwanii, dyrektor Centrum Immunoterapii Komórkowej oraz Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy w Perelman School of Medicine na Uniwersytecie Pensylwanii[1].

Prowadził badania nad białkiem CD28. Twórca terapii CAR-T, opierającej się na przeprojektowywaniu limfocytów T pacjenta, pozwalającej na lepsze rozpoznawanie i zwalczanie komórek nowotworowych[2]. Laureat m.in.: Nagrody Balzana (2025)[3] i Nagrody Breakthrough Prize[4]. W 2018 roku znalazł się na liście 100 najbardziej wpływowych ludzi świata według tygodnika Time[5].
