Systematyka
Etymologia
- Homodactylus: gr. ὁμως homōs ‘zarówno, razem’[5]; δακτυλος daktulos ‘palec’[6]. Typ nomenklatoryczny: Homodactylus turneri Gray, 1864.
- Chondrodactylus: gr. χονδρος khondros ‘szorstki, ziarnisty’[7]; δακτυλος daktulos ‘palec’.
