City of Knox – obszar samorządu lokalnego (ang. local government area), położony we wschodniej części aglomeracji Melbourne. Po II wojnie światowej nastąpił rozwój tego regionu co doprowadziło do szybkiego wzrostu mieszkańców i urbanizacji tego obszaru. Knox został założony w 1963.
