Claternae (łac. Dioecesis Claternensis) – stolica historycznej diecezji w Italii erygowanej w III wieku, a skasowanej w wieku VI.
Współczesne miasto Ozzano dell’Emilia w prowincji Bologna we Włoszech. Obecnie katolickie biskupstwo tytularne ustanowione w 1966 przez papieża Pawła VI.
