Conexant Systems, Inc. – amerykańskie przedsiębiorstwo z branży półprzewodnikowej, z siedzibą w Irvine w Kalifornii[1]. Powstało w 1999 roku w wyniku wydzielenia z Rockwell International Corporation[2][3].

Specjalizowało się w tworzeniu oprogramowania i komponentów sprzętowych do przetwarzania dźwięku i obrazu[4]. Produkowało także modemy i układy WLAN[5].

W 2002 roku dział łączności bezprzewodowej Conexant stał się częścią Skyworks Solutions[6]. W 2017 roku przedsiębiorstwo zostało przejęte przez Synaptics[4][7].
