Coperto

Coperto (pol. nakrycie stołowe) – należność doliczana niekiedy do rachunku w lokalach gastronomicznych (restauracjach i kawiarniach) we Włoszech, wynosząca zazwyczaj 1–5 euro od stolika lub od każdej osoby przy stoliku. Wysokość coperto jest zwykle podawana w menu. To opodatkowany zysk lokalu (w przeciwieństwie do napiwku, który jest nieopodatkowanym zyskiem obsługi)[1][2][3].

Opłata za wejście do lokalu gastronomicznego bywa również coraz częściej naliczana w Austrii[4].
