Cyclospora colobi – gatunek pasożytniczych pierwotniaków należący do rodziny Eimeriidae z podtypu Apicomplexa, które kiedyś były klasyfikowane jako protista. Powoduje chorobę pasożytniczą zwaną cyklosporozą (Cyclosporosis). C. colobi cechuje się oocystą zawierającą dwie sporocysty[1]. Z kolei każda sporocysta zawiera dwa sporozoity[1].
Obecność tego pasożyta stwierdzono u gerezy abisyńskiej (Colobus guereza[2]) należącego do rzędu naczelnych (Primates).
