David Komatz (ur. 10 grudnia 1991) – austriacki biathlonista, dwukrotny medalista mistrzostw świata.
Kariera
Pierwszy raz na arenie międzynarodowej pojawił się w 2009 roku startując na mistrzostwach świata juniorów w Canmore. Zajął tam 32. miejsce w sprincie, 27. w biegu pościgowym i 10. w sztafecie. Był też między innymi piąty w biegu indywidualnym i siódmy w sztafecie podczas mistrzostw świata juniorów w Kontiolahti trzy lata później.
W zawodach Pucharu Świata zadebiutował 3 stycznia 2014 roku w Oberhofie, gdzie zajął 59. miejsce w sprincie. Pierwsze pucharowe punkty wywalczył 20 marca 2014 roku w Oslo, gdzie w tej samej konkurencji był szesnasty. Najlepsze wyniki osiągnął w sezonie 2020/2021, kiedy zajął 32. miejsce w klasyfikacji generalnej.
Podczas mistrzostw świata w Pokljuce w lutym 2021 roku wspólnie z Simonem Ederem, Dunją Zdouc i Lisą Hauser zdobył srebrny medal w sztafecie mieszanej. Zdobył także złoto w sztafecie i brąz w sprincie na mistrzostwach Europy w Novym Měscie w 2014 roku.
