David Oshinsky (ur. 1944) – amerykański historyk.

Urodził się w 1944[1]. Ukończył studia na Cornell University[1]. W 1971 uzyskał doktorat na Brandeis University[2]. Profesor na University of Texas at Austin[1].

W 2006 za książkę Polio: An American Story zdobył Nagrodę Pulitzera[2][3] w dziedzinie historii[4]. W 2010 zdobył Cartwright Prize, przyznaną przez Columbia University Medical Center za badania nad historią polio[2].
