Diecezja Puno (łac. Dioecesis Puniensis) – diecezja Kościoła rzymskokatolickiego w Peru. Należy do archidiecezji Arequipa. Została erygowana 7 października 1861 roku przez papieża Piusa IX bullą In procuranda universalis Ecclesiae.
