Historycznym stadionem klubu jest Stadion Trepča w Kosowskiej Mitrowicy, jednak znajduje się on w części miasta opanowanej przez ludność albańską, dlatego Trepča rozgrywa domowe mecze w miejscowości Zvečan, gdzie przeważa ludność słowiańska.
