Ferdynand Ignacy Stokowski herbu Jelita (ur. 19 stycznia 1776 w Sierpowie, zm. 17 sierpnia 1827 w Karlsbadzie[1]) – generał brygady armii francuskiej.
Syn posła Jana Sariusza-Stokowskiego i Marianny z Ostrowskich[2]. W 1788 rozpoczął naukę w Szkole Rycerskiej. 12 sierpnia 1794 mianowany podporucznikiem. Szef szwadronu w 1 Pułku Szwoleżerów-Lansjerów. W 1811 otrzymał tytuł barona cesarstwa. 6 sierpnia 1818 zwolniony z armii francuskiej w randze generała brygady. Odznaczony Legią Honorową[3].
