Geobotanika – dział botaniki zajmujący się wzajemnymi stosunkami między roślinami i środowiskiem geograficznym. Obejmuje: florystykę, geografię roślin, ekologię roślin i fitosocjologię. Termin „geobotanika” bywa także używany jako synonim geografii roślin lub fitosocjologii.
