Head Held High – pierwszy album studyjny polskiej grupy muzycznej Nyia, łączący elementy jazzu oraz grindcore'u z wpływami death metalu.

Album ukazał się w 2004 roku nakładem wytwórni Candlelight Records. Muzykę w produkcji Szymona Czecha skomponował sam zespół, słowa do utworów napisał Wojciech Szymański, przełożyła Anna Rorot. Fotografie oraz szatę graficzną wykonał Bartek Rogalewicz, zdjęcie okładki przygotowała Małgorzata Jurewicz.

Na płycie, oprócz nagrań audio, ukazały się dwie prezentacje multimedialne: tzw. trailer grupy Nyia oraz remiks utworu Behind the Goat przygotowany przez grupę Deadbambi. Prezentacje opracowali Bartek Rogalewicz, animator Rafał Szczepaniak oraz członkowie grupy Deadbambi.
