Hugo TSR, właśc. Hugo Jehl (ur. 18 stycznia 1985 w Paryżu) – francuski raper.

Życiorys

Hugo Jehl urodził się 18 stycznia 1985 roku w 18. dzielnicy Paryża w rodzinie alzacko-japońskiej[1][2][3]. W młodości zajmował się graffiti[4]. Od 2000 roku był aktywny w paryskim undergroundzie hip-hopowym jako niezależny artysta pod pseudonimem „Hugo Boss”[5][6][7]. Pierwszy album La Bombe H wydał w 2005 roku, następnie kolejny w 2008 roku, a także mixtape La Salle d'attente w 2009 roku[8].

Wydany w 2012 roku album Fenêtre sur rue nie zyskał większego uznania na krótko po premierze. Obecnie jednak jest uznawany za jeden z najlepszych autorstwa Hugo TSR oraz w 2020 roku otrzymał status złotej płyty[9][10]. Album ten porusza tematy takie jak nierówności społeczne, wzrost popularności skrajnej prawicy oraz warunki życia w Paryżu[10].

Album Tant qu'on est là ukazał się w 2017 roku i także otrzymał status złotej płyty[11][12].
