Issam El Adoua (ur. 9 grudnia 1986 w Casablance) – marokański piłkarz. Występuje na pozycji obrońcy.
W sezonie 2012/13 zdobył Puchar Portugalii z Vitórią Guimarães
18 czerwca 2013 roku przeszedł na zasadzie wolnego transferu do Levante i podpisał dwuletnią umowę[2].
W reprezentacji Maroka zadebiutował w 2009 roku.
