Izobata

Izobata – izolinia łącząca punkty o jednakowej głębokości (mierzonej od powierzchni[1]) zbiorników wodnych[2][3]. Może odnosić się również do geologicznych powierzchni strukturalnych takich jak strop czy spąg[1][4]. W hydrologii izobata oznacza często głębokość do dna zbiornika wód powierzchniowych[4].
