Jack Raymond Colback (ur. 24 października 1989 w Killingworth) – angielski piłkarz występujący na pozycji pomocnika.
9 czerwca 2014 roku przeniósł się do Newcastle[3], z którego na zasadzie wolnego transferu odszedł 11 sierpnia 2020 do Nottingham Forest[4].
W latach 2023[5]-2025[5] był piłkarzem QPR, dla którego zagrał w 55 spotkaniach i strzelił 4 bramki[6].
12 lutego 2026 został zawodnikiem Anstey Nomads, które obecnie gra w Northern Premier League Division One Midlands (8 liga angielska)[7].
