Jake Thomas, właśc. Jacob Andrew Thomas (ur. 30 stycznia 1990) – amerykański aktor i piosenkarz znany przede wszystkim z występów w serialu Lizzie McGuire, w którym gra młodszego brata Lizzie, Matta McGuire.
Thomas urodził się w Knoxville w stanie Tennessee jako syn Simmsy Thomas, dziennikarki i aktorki, oraz Boba Thomasa, osobowości radiowej. Jake Thomas ma brata Chada i siostrę Brooke.
Thomas zagrał Erica Millera w Bez śladu i młodego Hugh Hefnera w filmie telewizyjnym Hefner: Unauthorized. Pojawił się gościnnie w Trzeciej planecie od Słońca i Cory w Białym Domu jako Jason Stickler.
W 2006 roku nagrał płytę Now and Then, rozprowadzaną przez Big Stick Music.
