Jay Vine (ur. 16 listopada 1995 w Townsville) – australijski kolarz szosowy i górski.
Vine początkowo uprawiał kolarstwo górskie. W zawodach UCI w kolarstwie szosowym zadebiutował w 2019[1], a w grudniu 2020, dzięki zwycięstwu w akademii Zwifta, w wieku 25 lat rozpoczął karierę na szczeblu profesjonalnym, podpisując kontrakt z grupą Alpecin-Fenix[2].
W lutym 2022 został mistrzem świata w e-kolarstwie[3].
