Karma to Burn – amerykański zespół muzyczny założony w 1994 roku w Morgantown w stanie Wirginia Zachodnia. W późniejszym okresie członkowie grupy czasowo mieszkali w Kalifornii[1][2][3].

Formacja wykonywała przede wszystkim instrumentalny stoner metal, a cechą charakterystyczną jej twórczości stało się oznaczanie utworów kolejnymi liczbami nadawanymi w kolejności ich powstawania[4]. Od tej reguły oraz czysto instrumentalnej formy pojawiały się jednak odstępstwa. O ile na debiutanckim albumie obecność partii wokalnych została wymuszona przez wytwórnię Roadrunner Records[4], o tyle na późniejszych wydawnictwach utwory z wokalem realizowano już z własnej inicjatywy grupy. W ramach takich projektów zespół podjął współpracę m.in. z Johnem Garcią, wokalistą formacji Kyuss, który zaśpiewał w utworze „Two Times”[5].

Zespół był aktywny w dwóch okresach: od 1994 do 2002 roku oraz od 2009 do 2021 roku. Zakończenie pierwszego okresu działalności było związane z problemami narkotykowymi członków grupy[6], natomiast drugiego - ze śmiercią współzałożyciela i gitarzysty formacji, Willa Mecuma[7].

Utwór grupy „Twenty Nine” został wykorzystany na ścieżce dźwiękowej do komedii Driven to Succeed z 2015 roku[4].

Członkowie zespołu występowali wspólnie, równolegle do działalności w Karma to Burn, w formacji Year Long Disaster[8].
