Prowincja Kocaeli (tur. Kocaeli ili) – jednostka administracyjna w zachodniej Turcji (Region Marmara – Marmara Bölgesi). Zajmuje wschodnią część Półwyspu Kocaeli, znajdującego się pomiędzy Morzem Marmara a Morzem Czarnym, po azjatyckiej stronie Bosforu.
