Kocēni (łot.: Kocēnu novads) – jeden z łotewskich novadsów, funkcjonujący w latach 2009–2021.
Historia
Novads powstało na terenach należących przed 2009 do rejonu Valmiera[3].
Do 28 stycznia 2010 novads nosił nazwę Valmiera (łot.: Valmieras novads)[4].
W skład novadsu wchodziło pięć pagastsów: Bērzaine, Dikļi, Kocēni, Vaidava i Zilaiskalns. Jego stolicą została wieś Kocēni[5].
Zlikwidowany w ramach reformy administracyjnej 30 czerwca 2021. Wszedł w całości w skład nowego novadsu Valmiera[6].
