Kunisaki (jap. 国東市 Kunisaki-shi) – miasto położone w Japonii, w prefekturze Ōita, w północnej części wyspy Kiusiu.
Obecne miasto Kunisaki zostało założone 31 marca 2006 roku przez połączenie prawie wszystkich (za wyjątkiem wsi Himeshima) miejscowości z dystryktu Higashikunisaki: Aki, Kunisaki, Kunimi oraz Musashi[1].
W mieście znajduje się port lotniczy Ōita. Przez miasto przejeżdża japońska droga krajowa nr 213 (jap. 国道213号 Kokudō 213-gō)[1].
