Lorum (l.mn. lora) – określenie różnych struktur u owadów i pająków.

Owady

U pluskwiaków lorum to płytka szczękowa[1][2].

U wszołów lorum to jedno z pary wstęgowatych zgrubień na grzbietowej stronie głowy, położonych w sąsiedztwie czoła i być może homologicznych ze szwami czołowymi[3].

U niektórych pszczołowatych nazwa lorum odnosi się do pałeczkowatego sklerytu podbródka[2].

U niektórych motyli nazwą lorum określa się zgrubienie u podstawy ssawki[2].

Specyficznym wykorzystaniem terminu jest lorum laryngeale odnoszące się do poprzecznych elementów wyrastających ze środkowej części bazyfultury[3].

Pająki

U pająków lorum to skleryt (płytka) osłaniający grzbietową stronę łącznika[4].
