Luca Niculescu (ur. 25 kwietnia 1971 w Bukareszcie[1]) – rumuński dziennikarz i dyplomata, ambasador we Francji, sekretarz stanu w Ministerstwie Spraw Zagranicznych.
Życiorys
Absolwent wydziału dziennikarstwa i komunikacji społecznej Uniwersytetu Bukareszteńskiego (1995). Uzyskał magisterium w szkole dziennikarskiej CUEJ w Strasburgu (1996)[1]. Był dziennikarzem i od 2000 redaktorem naczelnym stacji radiowej RFI România (sekcji Radio France Internationale). Zajmował się produkcją i prowadzeniem programów telewizyjnych poświęconych stosunkom międzynarodowym. Pracował w telewizjach The Money Channel i TVR 1, a od 2012 w stacji informacyjnej Digi24[1]. Udzielał się również jako korespondent mediów francuskich i publicysta tygodnika „Dilema veche”[2].
W latach 2016–2022 sprawował urząd ambasadora we Francji, był akredytowany również w Andorze i Monako. W 2022 powołany na stanowisko sekretarza stanu w resorcie spraw zagranicznych, został koordynatorem procesu akcesji Rumunii do OECD[2].
