Lupe Lara Quiala (ur. 23 września 1944 w Guantánamo) – kubański zapaśnik walczący w stylu wolnym. Dwukrotny olimpijczyk[1]. Zajął dziewiąte miejsce w Meksyku 1968 i osiemnaste w Monachium 1972[2]. Walczył w wadze średniej.
Złoty medalista igrzysk panamerykańskich w 1971, srebrny i brązowy w 1975; czwarty 1967. Triumfator igrzysk Ameryki Środkowej i Karaibów w 1966, 1970 i 1974 roku[3].
