Lynley Joye Hannen, po mężu Coventry (ur. 27 sierpnia 1964 w Dunedin[1]) – nowozelandzka wioślarka, brązowa medalistka olimpijska.
Kariera
Wystąpiła na igrzyskach olimpijskich w Seulu w 1988, gdzie wspólnie z Nicolą Payne zdobyła brązowy medal w dwójkach bez sternika. W wyścigu finałowym uplasowały się o 7,55 sekundy za osadą Rumunii i o 3,73 sekundy za osadą Bułgarii[2]. Był to jej jedyny start olimpijski.
Była też między innymi czwarta w ósemkach na mistrzostwach świata w Tasmanii (1990), gdzie Nowozelandki przegrały walkę o podium z osadą NRD o 2,76 sekundy[3].
Wielokrotnie zdobywała medale mistrzostw kraju, w tym 20 złotych: w ósemkach w latach 1988-1993, czwórkach bez sternika w latach 1989-1991 i 1993, dwójkach bez sternika w latach 1987-1991, czwórkach podwójnych w 1988, 1989 i 1993 oraz dwójkach podwójnych[4]. Po zakończeniu kariery została instruktorką na siłowni[5].
Jej mąż, Bill Coventry, również był wioślarzem i olimpijczykiem[6].
