Piłkarski klub Malta University FC został założony w Valletcie w 1905 roku[1] przez studentów Uniwersytetu Maltańskiego. W 1909 roku zespół startował w pierwszych rozgrywkach Civilian Football League. Debiutowy sezon zakończył na ostatniej 5.pozycji i potem występował w niższych ligach.
W 1920 klub został rozwiązany.
