Massimo Pessina (ur. 25 grudnia 2007 w Alzano Lombardo) – włoski piłkarz występujący na pozycji bramkarza[1] w Bologna FC 1909[2][3]. Wychowanek Oratorio Fiorine i AlbinoLeffe[4].
9 listopada 2025 roku zadebiutował w Serie A, w spotkaniu przeciwko Napoli, wszedł w 8 minucie spotkania, po tym jak kontuzji doznał Łukasz Skorupski i pomógł drużynie osiągnąć zwycięstwo 2:0, zachowując czyste konto[5].
Kariera reprezentacyjna
Pessina grał w reprezentacji Włoch U-17, która wygrała Mistrzostwa Europy U-17 w 2024 roku[6]. Za swoje występy znalazł się w „Jedenastce Turnieju Mistrzostw Europy UEFA U-17 2024”[7]. W sierpniu 2025 roku został powołany do reprezentacji Włoch U-19[8].
