Millstatt am See (do 30 czerwca 2012 Millstatt) – uzdrowiskowa gmina targowa w Austrii, w kraju związkowym Karyntia, w powiecie Spittal an der Drau. Liczy 2552 mieszkańców[1].
Leży na północnym brzegu alpejskiego, najgłębszego w Austrii jeziora Millstatt. Zabudowa starego centrum miejscowości ulokowała się na wysuniętym w głąb zbiornika stożku aluwialnym osadzonym przez wody wpadającego tu do jeziora potoku Riegerbach[2].
