Historia
Klub założony został 13 stycznia 1913 pod początkową nazwą Eleven Nacional.
Pierwszy mecz w mistrzostwach stanu Amazonas (Campeonato Amazonense) Nacional rozegrał 8 lutego 1914 - przeciwnikiem był klub Manaós Sporting.
