Nectosaurus – późnotriasowy gad morski, którego szczątki odnaleziono w dzisiejszej Kalifornii. Został opisany przez Johna C. Merriam w 1905 roku[1].
Nazwę tę Barnum Brown chciał przeznaczyć dla odkrytego przez siebie kritozaura, była ona jednak już zajęta[2].
