Zdobyła brązowy medal w biegu na 800 metrów na halowych mistrzostwach Europy w 1983 w Budapeszcie, przegrywając jedynie ze swą koleżanką z reprezentacji Związku Radzieckiego Swietłaną Kitową i Zuzaną Moravčíkovą z Czechosłowacji[2].
