Olha Padoshyk, Olha Ihoriwna Padoszyk (ukr. Ольга Ігорівна Падошик ;ur. 12 kwietnia 2003) – ukraińska, a od 2021 roku polska zapaśniczka walcząca w stylu wolnym[1], mistrzyni Polski.
Zajęła piąte miejsce mistrzostwach Europy w 2025[2]. Brązowa medalistka akademickich MŚ w 2026, a także mistrzostw świata U-23 w 2024 i piąta w 2025. Trzecia na ME U-23 w 2026. Piąta na ME juniorek w 2023. Mistrzyni Europy młodziczek w 2018 i druga w 2017[3].
Mistrzyni Polski w 2025; trzecia w 2021, 2022, 2023 i 2024. Młodzieżowa MP w 2024 i 2025. Najlepsza wśród juniorek w 2021, 2022 i 2023 roku[4].
Jej siostra Anastasiia Padoshyk, także jest zapaśniczką.
