Platycypha fitzsimonsi – gatunek ważki z rodziny Chlorocyphidae[1]. Występuje w Afryce Południowej; stwierdzono go w RPA[3][4] i Zimbabwe[3].
W RPA imago lata od października do kwietnia[5]. Długość ciała 33–34 mm[5]. Długość tylnego skrzydła 21,5–22 mm[5].
