Premier Padmini – samochód osobowy klasy aut kompaktowych produkowany w latach 1964–2001 pod indyjską marką Premier.
Historia i opis
W 1964 roku indyjskie przedsiębiorstwo Premier rozpoczęło licencyjną produkcję samochodu Fiat 1100D pod nazwą Fiat 1100 Delight, wyłącznie na rynek lokalny[1]. Auto trafiło do sprzedaży jako 4-drzwiowy sedan z benzynowym silnikiem 1.1 l o mocy 42 KM[2]. W 1972 roku nazwę auta zmieniono na Premier President, a niedługo później na Premier Padmini, pod którą oferowane je do końca produkcji[3]. W latach 80. XX wieku wzbogacono wyposażenie samochodu, a do oferty wprowadzono silnik diesla o pojemności 1.4 l i mocy 38 KM[4]. Produkcję samochodu zakończono w 2001 roku[5].
