Prostemmatini |
Prostemmatini – plemię pluskwiaków z podrzędu różnoskrzydłych, rodziny zażartkowatych i podrodziny Prostemmatinae.
Pluskwiaki o ciele w zarysie podługowato-owalnym do wydłużonego. Głowa zaopatrzona jest w grubą i krótką kłujkę. Tułów cechuje się skierowanymi ku przodowi perytremami gruczołów zapachowych zatułowia. Odnóża przedniej pary mają uda po stronie brzusznej wyposażone w wypustkę i szeregi drobnych kolców. Odwłok ma niezmodyfikowane, pozbawione wrębień czy wycięć przednie krawędzie sternitów segmentów przedgenitalnych. Pygofor zawsze dysponuje narządem Ekbloma, a otwór genitalny umieszczony jest ogonowo (końcowo)[1].
Do plemienia należą trzy rodzaje[2]:
- Alloeorhynchus Fieber, 1860
- Pagasa Stål, 1862
- Prostemma Laporte de Castelnau, 1832 – klęśnik
Zapis kopalny taksonu sięga miocenu – z epoki tej znana jest Prostemma oeningense[3].
