Punks Not Dead – debiutancki album szkockiej grupy punkowej The Exploited zrealizowany w marcu 1981 roku w Secret Records. Miał być ich odpowiedzią na głosy mówiące o kończącej się punkowej epoce. Płyta została najlepszym albumem niezależnym roku 1981, a na liście ogólnokrajowej dotarła do 20. miejsca, przy okazji sprzedając się w liczbie 150 000 egzemplarzy.
