Pu’er (chiń. 普洱; pinyin Pǔ’ěr) – miasto o statusie prefektury miejskiej w południowych Chinach, w prowincji Junnan. W 2010 roku liczba mieszkańców miasta wynosiła 73 844[1]. Prefektura miejska w 1999 roku liczyła 2 286 842 mieszkańców[2]. Do 2007 roku miasto nosiło nazwę Simao (思茅).

Od regionu Pu’er (obszar powiatu autonomicznego Ning’er, część prefektury miejskiej Pu’er) pochodzi nazwa chińskiej herbaty pu-erh, którą przetwarzano i sprzedawano na tamtejszych targach herbacianych[3].
