Quincy Jovan Allen (ur. 7 listopada 1979 w Columbia) – amerykański seryjny morderca. Między lipcem a sierpniem 2002 r. zamordował 4 osoby na terenie Karoliny Północnej i Południowej[1].

Za swoje zbrodnie Allen został skazany na karę śmierci. Wyroku jednak nigdy nie wykonano[2]. 23 lipca 2024 r. Allen przyjął ugodę, na mocy której jego wyrok zamieniono na dożywocie bez możliwości zwolnienia warunkowego, w zamian za zrzeczenie się praw do apelacji[3].
