RIVA TNT
RIVA TNT (nazwa kodowa NV4) – układ graficzny będący akceleratorem grafiki 2D, 3D oraz wideo, wyprodukowany przez firmę Nvidia w 1998 roku. Jest on następcą układu RIVA 128[1][2].
Nazwa układu składa się z dwóch akronimów – RIVA jest skrótem od Real-time Video and Animation accelerator[3], a TNT oznacza Twin Texel, co podkreśla możliwość przetwarzania dwóch tekseli w jednym cyklu zegara, co umożliwiało nakładanie więcej niż 1 tekstury w jednym przebiegu[1][2].
Następcą układu była RIVA TNT2[2].
