Ray Dell Sims (ur. 1935 w Oklahomie) - amerykański seryjny morderca i gwałciciel. W latach 1974 - 1977 w okolicach Fresno co najmniej 5 młodych kobiet.[1]
Pierwszej zbrodni dopuścił się w 1965 r. zgwałcił wtedy 70-letnią kobietę. Został za to skazany na karę więzienia. Po opuszczeniu zakładu karnego założył rodzinę i rozpoczął pracę jako kucharz.
W maju 1977 r. Sims zgwałcił i zamordował 17-letnią Janet Herstein. Został aresztowany i skazany na dożywocie. W 2001 r. badania DNA potwierdziły jego udział w morderstwie 4 kolejnych nastolatek. We wrześniu 2008 r. Sims został skazany na drugą karę dożywotniego więzienia za morderstwo Elizabeth Ortegi[2].
Obecnie przypuszcza się, że mógł zamordować znacznie więcej kobiet[3].
